Gracen Halton just set his commitment date with a list of schools with UW included. Where he going?👀

I’m pretty sure that Pete stepped down before signing day so he wasn’t signed yet and UCLA could still contact him to try to flip him before signing day.
From the 247 article:
Garbers went into the transfer portal last week and UCLA wasted no time contacting him. The Bruins were a finalist when Garbers originally committed to the Huskies and they also reached out to him after Chris Petersen stepped down at UW last December.
There must be some exception for when a HC leaves, but seems like that could/should be a violation by UCLA?2+

My best guess is Moliki Matavao because of all the ties with germie committed Troy Fatanu at UWand Sir Mells and Anthony Jones recently getting offers and they all go to the same high school
Blair dropped a rumor on Dawgman for supposedly another kid we’re trying to flip. Sonics any idea who it might be?
“Washington and UCLA are currently battling to flip a prospect that is committed to another Pac-12 program ahead of the Early Signing Period. It’s become a really tight race down the stretch and I’ve been told the recruit has been in communication with commits for the other schools. Things could get settled this weekend but I’ve had multiple sources tell me that nothing is finalized and the recruit in question has been all over the place in recent weeks.”6+

They put rules in before the season that the average number of games determines who can win the division. So if 2 more games along with our game gets canceled then the average games played is moved down to 5 in the conference and then divisions would be disregarded and if CU and USC both win this week with two games canceled then it would be a CU USC Pac 12 ship
Can someone explain what Fetters and Jen are saying about needing ‘all the games to be played’ this weekend?
Is it something like if the average games played per team is under a value then the rules change?
Because otherwise it’s been talked about this whole time by everyone what the rules were and it looks like there’s no way UW isn’t the North champion, whether they can play in the P12CG or not.1+

A really fast god receiver goes a long way. A la John Ross in 2016. Helps the offense emensely
I really want Emeka. He’s the best player in the state followed by Huard
And then JTT.
JTT will be a good college player but won’t approach say a Chase Young of whoever
Is the next OSU Edge guy.
Obviously want both but Emeka is more important imo. Need an elite offense, defense will be good enough.2+

That Daniels/King type of leadership was really nonexistent from last year and we saw what happened. If we get some vocal leaders like that, we could see a big year. Those leaders also brought that swagger and excitement that each guy had from that team. It seemed as if Petersen really brought the whole team down last year
He expects Cade Otton to have a huge season. Very respected player.
Praises leadership of Darrell Daniels & Kevin King. Says he doesn’t think the coaches knew how great their leadership was in getting team to come together.
Will Dissly didnt think he was going to the NFL. Said he should have gotten him the ball more.
John Ross benefitted from OKG. Took it seriously and hit weight room hard after his injury.4+

I’m thinking Bronson and Taylor. I think Taylor will have a big year Bc last year everyone threw at McDuffie but teams will now shy away from him and giving Taylor a huge year.
Not sure who it was last year or in 2018 but we’ve had a trend in recent years of a senior making a leap.
Anyway, here are some candidates: Keith Taylor, Jacob Kizer, Josiah Bronson, Luke Wattenberg, Kamari Pleasant, Sean McGrew, Jordan Chin.
Which of these guys will be the unexpected senior breakout player?3+

You are so hung up on preseason rankings. There is a reason a season is played and the CFP trophy isn’t handed out before the season and the preseason heisman favorite isn’t awarded the heisman going into the season.
“They are so far behind UW in terms of stacking quality line of scrimmage talent”
You really must have your head in the sand if you dont think Oregon has better line talent! “Far behind” is the most laughable line on this website.
OLine >>> Come on! Even your fellow dawg fans aren’t going to argue the best Oline in the PAC. Sewell will be arguably the best Olineman to ever be draft from the PAC… EVER! Jones is better then any Olineman you have!
DLine >>> The one that led us to the PAC & Rose Bowl Championships? And we didn’t lose anyone? And we added DE/LB edge 5 star Sewell?
Quick stat: Preseason All-American O & D linemen:
Oregon = 2
Washington = 0
That stat is what we call a walk-off mic drop!0

You are so dumb. Oregon would be recruiting this guy had they applied for the wavier or not hired one of his hs coaches. Oregon would be all over this dude has they been able to recruit him.
He will be a project at the bottom of the pile for OU. So, Mario is isn’t recruiting the closest Dline recruit in the region because he doesn’t know more then Oklahoma… and because he must not know what he is doing in recruiting!?
Oh, this is good! SO GOOD!!! I guess I’d be day drinking too if Oregon was striking out for “projects w/ elite tools” while looking up at SMU & Toledo in the rankings.
Your logic is as mystifying as Ekwad & Kimmy’s. They are amazing insiders!!!
“He would easily be Oregon’s best dline commit”
Are you saying: When all is said and done – after NSD? If your answer is, yes…
Remember this quote and date!!!

I don’t think he fucking cares at this point and he’s gonna run up the score on Oregon unlike Petersen did. If Jimmy gets the chance to drop 100 he will. The issues will solve themselves on the field
Does jimmy lake give any fucks? He’s getting shit pushed in by Oregon right now. We are losing all our top targets and are now taking commitments from 3 star “projects” and guys who have no other options than us. Bad sign we can’t even lock up any of these instate guys like tinae. Something is very wrong and I don’t like it…. vent over1+

Fuck sonics. He said that he’d give us a recruiting update at the beginning of June and he hasn’t come through yet.
Probably because there’s nothing to report right now and there won’t be much to report until these kids can take visits again or the season starts, whichever comes first. It’s going to be a dry Summer as far as UW recruiting goes and a wet Fall and Winter. Just accept it now. Less commits now means more commits and excitement later. Enjoy the Summer weather that’s on the way. Get out of the house and go do something. If you’re waiting every day for some UW recruiting momentum to spark, it’s gonna be a LONG summer for you because it ain’t gonna happen anytime soon. Our time will come and it will be well worth the wait. Believe that.1+
