OKG just made it all worse by emboldening this section of the fan base.

It’s amazing how this doog faction blamed Eason for everything. No mention of WR drops, no mention of lack of pass protection. Every incompletion/sack/interception was Eason’s fault. Yeah there are some instances where he could display some more touch on the ball, but every damn incompletion isn’t because “he threw too hard” Of course, throwing too hard was never a problem with Browning, who the doogs seem to still love for some reason.
I hope he comes back in 2020 with a new OC and proves everyone wrong. His raw skill set and ceiling are so much higher than Browning’s.

The doogs took that term and ran with it on their own and then used it for every damn miss in recruiting or guy that flamed out, which only helped the negative perception that our rivals were promoting. -

My only request of Eason is to not play the bowl game if he’s not coming back. I don’t think he would, but that’s all I care about. Will be interesting to see how this team reacts to the bowl game. Before today, I figured they’d sleepwalk like 2014. Now I think they’ll want to win it for Pete.

Only under specific situations is it undeniably better for a player to leave early. I HATE that people talk up players leaving early so much. Status quo as a fan of UW is that they are players who should love the ability to play here and enjoy the situation they are in here. Let the media hype them up for ratings or whatever. We want them back (almost) always!

On a serious point our fans(a portion that is) love the try hards and for some reason hate talent. It’s why they were rooting for Haener even though Eason is the local kid and Haener wasn’t.

Missing the point as usual. Point was Doogs legit thought the team was going to be better with Wroten gone. Then the team got worse. I said at the time it’s not Wroten or any player, it’s the coach(Romar).

When Pete announced it had a few message me “you think Pete is taking an SEC job or going to USC?” . I try not to talk much on facebook anymore.
