Which early defector would you want most on this team?

Would it be Eason? Levi? Salvon? Hunter Bryant or Tryon?

My rankings would go like this:

1. Salvon- Think this is the weakest group of backs we’ve had in a while. Polk, Sankey, D-Wash(granted more combine guy than good at UW), Gaskin and now Salvon all played in the NFL. I don’t see any of these backs who are receiving bulk of the carries playing at the next level. Would have been nice having a senior speedster back there.

2. Levi- Reason he’s not number one cause our D is already dominant as is. Having Levi at DT instead of let’s say Bronson would have been disgusting regarding our D.

3. Eason- His deep ball would have been so much fun with Puka and McMillan. However, I do like having a new QB who doesn’t have any of the bad habits from the Petersen/Bush stink. Eason also didn’t strike me as much of a leader like Morris appears to be.

4. Hunter Bryant- Honestly looking at how well Cade is playing kind of glad he left. Cade is more reliable than Hunter was. Hunter killed a ton of drives last year with key third down drops.

5. Joe Tryon- He was coming on late last year but facts are if he were playing ZTF wouldn’t have ever gotten his chance. Sure Tryon could be better but hard to argue anyone could have produced more than ZTF has so far.

That’s my rankings. Let’s hear you guys.

1. Levi- He’s an All-American. People were talking about him playing himself into the first round. Would cover up a lot for run D. Levi, ZTF, Ulofoshio, Molden, McDuffie. Thats nearly half the D who are 1st-team all-pac 12 caliber.

2. Ahmed- He was very underrated and you are right about our RB being somewhat weak.

3. Eason- He would be filthy this year with new scheme, attitude. Funny cliche, but true.

Levi on this defense would be like a cheat code. Couldn’t even imagine how dominant we’d be on D with him.

It’s weird how mixed I am on if I would want Eason back. Think ultimately I would cause Morris limitations will catch up to us in a NY6 game if not Oregon. Nearly did last game.

But I do like Morris upbeat attitude, Morris leadership and moxie which sadly Eason didn’t have.

I’m rooting for Tryon in the draft but ZTF had already matched Tryon by the Boise St
Game.

Levi and Tuli would have wrecked shop together.

I think Levi made a mistake. UW is two games away from the Championship game. Playing in a NY6 bowl is fantastic exposure.

As player it would just kill me if I walked away and then watched by brothers dancing in the locker room after the biggest comeback in 30 years.

If you know you’re good ..the NFL isn’t something you hope to make it’s something you plan to setup shop for a while.
