.With a HOF coach, home/road schedules (2017/19/21) that couldn’t have been any better if we were allowed to make it ourselves in a “P5” conference that is the equal of the movie Snow White and the 12 dwarves minus the Snow White part begging to have a team run a train through the Pac-12 and yet here we are 5 years later in the bottom 3rd of all these jaggy teams just above the truly awful teams like UA/WSU/Beavs.

I’ve said it tons of times, Petersen was on the downturn and beat down by Sark and only winning 8 in the mountain west. He gets credit for running a defensive scheme that caught all the Pac 12 spread offenses off guard but then everyone adjusted and when he was burned out, recommended promoting a coach that didn’t want to change anything. Our offense isn’t even really that different from Pete’s abysmal schemes.
Washington cares and I think with NIL a d everything we will be fine, but UW needs to pull the trigger faster and not show dumb loyalty when it’s not benefitting them.
CP may have been on the decline but the bottom has completely fallen out this year with Lake at the helm. By season’s end this will be the worse team since 2008. Given the talent on the roster and the expectations, it might be an even worse coaching job than Ty or Gilby.
