So ready for an upgrade at that position. We have been spoiled by Gaskin and to a lesser extent Ahmed. We are a run balanced team that can’t even get a look from Bijan.
I also think some of the issues we have pointed out regarding ROI on recruiting Texas can be addressed by different perspective at recruiting coordinator

He wanted Yurcich but looks like Texas will get him. I have heard a couple of intriguing names for OC but can’t say there names yet.

I haven’t heard anything on GA in a while and as Sonics said, he’s going to be a hot commodity. Would Malloe be offended if GA was made a co-DC? We may have to do that to get him if UCLA wants him to be DC.
I have not heard anything on Tui but I just don’t think Lake wants him.

Throwing a name out there but I guess would be a legit candidate whether people like it or not… Doug Nussmeier, was a OC here at the beginning of the Sark era then left for Alabama. Was OC and QB coach from 2009-2017 at UW, Bama, Michigan, and Florida. Currently TE Coach w/ Cowboys and probably looking for a job at the end of the year.
Not a sexy hire but probably a candidate. -

Tui would be a complete underwhelming hire. I don’t think he’s a particularly good coach and I don’t think he connects much to kids. Hard pass, doogs would love it though.

Ruth got angry at Dennis and told him to stop posting that KB was gone (despite him not being the one who’s been posting on it) so I am now even more confident that it is indeed true.
Airwolf has a solid source on this that has been right many times before and we have been communicated the same info from other sources as well.

Why I am very glad there are other sites and platforms (TSIO/HFP/BDTW Roundtable) out there that don’t pump sunshine up their audience’s ass when it comes to Husky Football.

Good to hear KB is gone. When CP came over, I remember reading that he was a great recruiter and that’s part of the reason why he was named recruiting coordinator.
Tui is great for all the doogs who have nostalgia about 2001, but he’s largely been disappointing as a coach. I don’t recall him making any sort of impact on recruiting or coaching when he was here.
I honestly likely Hamdan and think he’s a good coach and still be a great coach one day. It’s been clear that Pete’s offense has crippled any sort of OC. I hope he lands on his feet, crushes it, and makes us all hate our lives.

There’s no compelling reason for Tui
Bush will likely still be a good coach and you never know what the future holds … that said he was going to fall on the sword for this year … that’s what $800k per year earns you
I still wouldn’t feel safe if I was Gregory … and all other Offensive coaches obviously subject to the OC
