USC has really gotten their shit together on the trail and will finish with another top 5 class this cycle. Also looks like we’re doing well with Washington kids and our elite education, location and campus is enough to reel them in.
shithole Oregon has been struggling a bit on the trail and you can point to USC and UW defending their home soil as reasons for that.
The ducks are going to take a commitment from an unranked prospect, a really questionable JUCO prospect and seem to be missing on a lot of SoCal prospects.
It seems like USC’s fluke covid season where they were a lot worse than what their record suggests is helping them tremendously this cycle.
Also seems like Jhop has been using the word “This kid is a lot better than what his rating suggests” a lot more often to try to not spill the beans that they won’t have a good class. Damage Control. Their starting to pull out all the excuses they shitted on us for using last cycle.
Now they’re gonna take Anthony Jones and Sir Mells and they’re now “really underrated”. Funny how they say this when they shat on us for originally taking them.
ADDITIONALLY, Jhop hasn’t been as sharp with covering the trail as he was before when Oregon had a ton of buzz. He’s starting to not be the first to report things and he’s been wrong a whole lot more lately. It seems like when your program doesn’t have buzz your insiders aren’t as accurate.
Things to note here as well is that the PAC-12 needs the Seattle and LA markets. They don’t NEED shithole Oregon and their tiny stadium fanbase. Their farm city and boring campus.
