He quit on the team with that punt last night, the incident last night will hurt already poor recruiting, he cannot be trusted to hire a new OC – he is fired coach walking.

At some point, even Cohen will realize it.

I don’t know – the offense couldn’t move the ball and they were pinned deep in their own territory. Seems like you are just handing the Ducks another touchdown if you go for it on 4th and don’t make it. He still had all his time outs and the punt game was his most effective offensive tool of the night.

Anyway, he wouldn’t be able to claim he had Oregon ‘on the ropes’ in the post-game if he had surrendered another score, so that part worked out for him.

He only had two timeouts left and they were 8 points behind. Punting conceded defeat period.
