I feel like it’s way too early to judge Adams, and we need to give him at least another year, I don’t want to blame him for the poor receiver play this year, because A. it’s hard to uncoach everything Opera Singer and Fuller might’ve “learned” from Lubick, and B. with the giant influx of talent coming in at the position, I want to see what he can do with not only Rome and Jalen, but Spiker and Osborne as well now that there aren’t all the seniors taking up their spots.
I know there’s no one that’s calling for his head, but he has so much talent to work with in that room, and if he flops on it, then you can cut him loose.

I think his recruiting alone gets him another year. Plus, who knows what anyone could do in the shit offense they’ve been running.

The fact he coached the worst unit on the team and nobody is seriously calling for his head should tell you the patience and understanding we are giving him though.

Now if our WR’s play is terrible in 2020 then it’s time to have that talk.

Agreed, gotta give him atleast one more year simply to get the studs in he has on the hook now for 2020. Feel like the same reasoning goes for Huff.

Worst case with Huff and Adams is they actually ARE shitty coaches and their units remain mediocre. Then we can bring in a better coach who will have a ton of talent at their disposal. Worth it imo.
