At the top left, move your mouse over the “Bow Down to Washington” Link. Then click Dashboard.
Then on the left side menu, click “Profile.”
Next page, scroll all the way to the bottom and the Avatar section.
Upload an image. You do have to crop it though so it can’t be huge.
