Christ, we are going to miss on two of the best talents in Washington State history in one fucking year.

Don’t know if we will or we won’t. I do know that until the program raises itself to an elite level, 5 star Washington recruits will always be looking for better options. Can’t blame them for looking to higher achieving programs.

5* WR would prefer to play in a wide open spread offense instead of an 80’s era ground and pound. Is anyone surprised? Recruiting on offense was doomed the second Donovan was hired. If Huard wasn’t a legacy he would have decommitted by now too.

All we can pray is that Jimmy adepts and truly takes his aggressive approach. Otherwise this will be a common theme…

I know some of his instagram posts had him wearing a husky adiddas sweatshirt but its all smoke screen. He is going to be a sooner or buckeye.

The best kids want to play with other elites. Plus Lincoln Riley’s offense is insane and a WR’s dream. Lincoln is coveted by the NFL. UW offense has sucked for at least 4 years. JonDon was just the poison dart to shut it all down most likely.
Riley vs. Donovan, hmmmmm.
Kids want to play with mobile QBs and put up major points.
The game has changed a ton even in the last 5 years.

Lol 80’s ground and pound? What team have you been watching? Morris has been cooking while the coaches have had the training wheels on, the receivers have made explosive plays, and we’ve seen an obvious improvement from last season’s offense. Based on what we’ve seen so far, I’m excited about the future of this offense and I think Emeka is too. We’ll see.

Guys I don’t know Emeka but if I was going to make a decision about moving out of state and I know I have until February for the late signing period. That’s the date I’m targeting. I have to “know” that an out of school program solution.
A December 11th choice to the optimist in me says “I decided I wanted to stay home and have my family in the stands at my home games”
I realize I can totally be wrong here but Emeka chose to visit Norman at a time that Lincoln Riley can’t smooze him like in the offseason. I view it as strategic. Emeka wanted to visit without getting the hard sell from coaches and staff because they’re prepping for the next game.
I’ll likely eat my words because HS kids are unpredictable by nature but I think of this as positive say 60/40 UW favor. I think he wants to commit and hopes to play a senior season knowing his decision is out of the way and the earlier commitment should favor the local university.
