So it’s pretty obvious that seattle times named but didn’t name everyone in their article. Is Sam Adams getting booted or not?

Lol fuck me. After I gave the coaches so much credit and praise for sifting through the Eastside Catholic players involved in the truck bed gang bang and avoiding them all, it turns out I spoke too soon. No way Adams isn’t dropped. Nothing would look more hypocritical than keeping him. Oh well. Y’all already know I liked Sunday better anyways. Adams is a talented athlete but you look at him physically and he just looks like one of those noodle armed guys who is never going to do what is necessary to make real gains in the weight room. I can’t stand that soft shit. I want nothing but thicc, jacked running backs that will run through a motherfuckers face! Sam isn’t that. Richard Newton, Cam Davis, Jay’Veon Sunday, Byron Cardwell, and Jordan Hornbeak. That’s what I want. Soft light-skinned boy and go somewhere and soft and light-skinned. Addition by subtraction.

And this is yet another reason why KB should be fired.

Geoff Baker implied it in a Seattle Times article. He reported Eastside Catholic players who signed with Cal and Washington were in the truck bed. Obviously pointing to Rogers and Adams. Adams is gone. He not playing here.

The seattle times specifically said one of the boys received a scholarship to play at uw this year. They already said gee Scott was not involved, already called out hector and said another was a scholarship player heading to cal this fall. The only other player left fits for uw is Sam Adams. Also the they had UW quotes from an administrator in the uw AD’s office. It has to be Adams as he is the only ECHS player coming to UW this year.

Thanks for filling me in. Yep, Adams has to go assuming this is all true. I remember hearing so much about how coach Pete would literally do “background” checks on players to make sure they were “OKG”. Really surprised they took Adams. Maybe pete was losing sight in his approach while trying to keep up with the big boys in recruiting… And yeah this makes KB’s recruiting class last year that much worse.

This subject and reaction to people need to lose scholarships after a 5 month investigation involving 7 different law enforcement organizations. With no charges being filed is very unsettling. Now that the kids names are out there with no charges being filed. What is the point of the law and investigations if people can be dragged through the mud and reputations tarnished without committing a crime. People are essentially ignoring a full investigation because they feel they are more equipped to make a decision. I am not a moral cop sounds like there was group sex doesn’t seem right but trust it happens. It’s not up to me what people are into. I notice everyone ignores her multiple friends who provided conflicting information regarding her state of mind before and after the incident. I already assume that you have intentionally disregarded the primarily black athletes version. I spoke on this earlier but as of right now there have been 4 AA athletes that were not charged but were exonarated after a thorough investigation. America is littered with AA men being accused of rape because woman have buyers remorse. It happens I have been a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney and it happens all the time.

A question for 253 since you are the legal expert and I am not. Isn’t this a case of distribution of child porn and if it is why were no charges filed?

I would have to look at the laws in Washington. Because the original intent of the law was to criminalize adults who distributed child porn. The law and states have been having a hard time with scenario’s where high school students distribute pictures or videos that they received legally. It’s a slippery slope especially how prevalent it is that children are sending out pornographic pictures to each other to start aggressively criminalizing the behavior. But I would guess that since they don’t have the actual video how can you prosecute someone without the evidence.

Something I forgot to mention earlier Ballz was on here talking reckless about a kid that he eventually had to go back and apologize. This thread is assuming Adams slandering his name. Again please refer to Brian Banks. Thus until there are charges filed I hope that people stop with the modern day LYNCHING..

253 it sounds like the video is out there on thousands of phones. If not I stand corrected. And even if the distributor/s are minors there names should be outed and rightly shredded and scholarships withdrawn if appropriate.

If the video was out there i’m sure they would have pulled it the lead investigators specifically stated they were unable to recover the video. A lot of these apps do not save data, i.e. substance of text messages are only stored for 14-30 depending on the provider. Thus again let the evidence lead the way. Again Nip 8 i’m not you but to start judging minors actions like adults is dangerous if done fairly and equally I still would not agree that’s why there is a difference. But let’s also delve in your zeal to judge AA children to the standard of adults. Do we need to delve into the fact that society continually attributes young AA boys more age and maturity than there white counterparts. My point is that a full investigation was done no CHARGES were filed but that’s never good enough in America typically when a white girl is involved and black athletes. Essentially Fuk the justice system unless it reinforces what I want, because it typically does in America.

Just an observation but you sound a little closer to this situation than most. Are you in any way connected or know someone involved in this situation? Plus you really seem to be playing the race card which has nothing to do with where I’m coming from.

No, I don’t know any of the kids involved and have no connection. What I am is a former athlete who’s brother and cousin both played at UW and have multiple friends and family members who played D-1. Thus the prism I look at it through is through that prism of an AA man, former athlete, and attorney. To be honest I have seen girls do crazy things get embarrassed and rape is next. You many not like it but consensual sex of any kind and rape are two different things. Thus again there was a five (5) month investigation 7 different law enforcement organizations and no charges. But you got people talking about Adams, Scott, and other athletes being persecuted and will never be able to tell there story.

It also has nothing to do with race. Ayden Hector is white and was the first to get his scholarship pulled from Stanford. Rogers and Adams still haven’t gotten their scholarships officially pulled yet, though I suspect they will. If they were all white, the reaction would be the same and everyone would still be calling for their scholarships to be pulled. Don’t pull the race card when it doesn’t apply to the situation. It’s embarrassing and makes black people look bad.

Also, your son sucks and will never start for Ohio State because he’s too slow, with respect. So best of luck to him when he inevitably transfers to Oregon or ASU.

The situation is more complicated because it was filmed and spread around. Hector deserves to be kicked out because he filmed and distributed it, which is inherently exploitative.

I don’t believe the girl was raped but she was humiliated by the distribution of the video.

Nobody wants Sam Adams to be a part of the program anymore. Not only is his character questionable and keeping him after Stanford dropped Hector a terrible look for the program, but also he’s a skinny, soft little bitch and this is a good excuse to drop him without it looking bad on UW’s part. That way they have room to take both Cardwell and Hornbeak in the 2021 class who both run harder than Adams and actually lift to get bigger.
