I can’t possibly imagine him leaving. My guess is that the defensive staff will remain mostly unchanged. Offense is likely to see a major overhaul minus a few key individuals

Do you have a source saying he is staying or is that speculation? They better not keep the whole defensive coaching staff. If Bob is still here next year then there is no hope.
