What Bowl game do you guys think we end up after the Utes shat the bed? Keep seeing Sun Bowl, Vegas or RedBox. For our fans sake and for timing I’m personally hoping for RedBox…what a letdown though. Was really hoping for Holiday Bowl with a good Big10 matchup…

I saw a projection last night that had us in the Holiday Bowl against Iowa.

Wouldn’t surprise me if Vegas tries to get us there to match up with Boise. I know next to nothing about the bowl selection process though, so this is just speculation on my part. Plus if we can’t go to Holiday let’s go to Vegas!

To get to Vegas, we would have to be passed up by the Holiday, Sun, and Red Box. Assume Utah to Alamo, that means Holiday likely takes SC. Then the order goes Sun and Red Box. They’d have to take ASU and Cal over us.

Sorry if I made you cry on your “I ❤️ Coach Pete” pillow. I like the guy too, but his burned-out attitude clearly permeated the team this season. A team that could have competed for another conference championship ended up in the fucking Vegas bowl.
He should have cranked it up rather than let his team get drug down.

We can disagree about whether these two guys means that the entire UW team did not have the talent to compete for a conference championship. I would look at blown leads against oregon and utah and inexcusably flat performances a giant cal, colorado and stanford.
But whose fault is it that these two are our best inside LBs?

I get being upset that he went 7-5 but let’s not treat him like this. I hope the Huskies win this game and we can carry Pete on their shoulders off the field. Give him a gatorade bath too. I want Pete to end his UW career a winner damn it!

There was a glorious shit-fit on doogman the other day. Some poster was saying that the class was going to fall apart because we are playing in the Vegas Bowl and our coaches won’t be able to focus on recruiting. Fetters was doubling down about how wrong the guy was and wouldn’t concede anything. It was amazing.
