Think the longer they wait the better it is for UW. The initial shock of Petersen leaving could make kids make a rash decision. However, the longer the process the more they will realize the program and school they committed to is the same. Petersen is still part of the program. So unless it’s a personal problem with Lake which I highly doubt I don’t see us losing anyone.
