I was not impressed by Sirmon last year at all. He looked really slow and wasn’t recognizing plays fast enough to make up for it. Eddie was the only linebacker worth a damn who played for us last year. Sirmon could still be a great player, but I wasn’t feeling optimistic after last year. I am hoping Calvert or Danny Hammer end up at the other inside spot with the other rotating in a lot. Both of those guys are all-pac 12 level talents.

If Calvert returns healthy we are going to be really deep there.
